Yes, with our free plan you get 2 groups with custom forms with unlimited access to all the other features.

Am I going to be charged for each user I bring onboard?

No, OnSpace does not charge per user. You can add as many users as you want from your teams.

What happens when I hit my usage limits?

If you reach your usage limit based on your plan, you will be required to upgrade to get more value from OnSpace.

How does OnSpace’s price work?

OnSpace plans are charged per usage and not seat or user. Free Forever plan, you get maximum of 3 custom forms and analytics reports for each form plus unlimited access to all the features.

If you are on a paid Starter plan ($50 per month), you get 10 custom forms with analytics reports for each form plus unlimited access to all the other features on free forever plan.

And if you need more than 10 custom forms and other extra features, you can contact us.

What are my payment options?

At the moment, all payments are made via credit or debit card for Starter and Custom Plans.

When will I get billed for my account?

When you upgrade to a paid plan, you will be charged monthly as per the date you upgraded to a paid plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, you can typically upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by contacting our customer support team or accessing your account settings. Upgrading or downgrading your plan will typically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
