1. Only group admins can add groups
2. Available on all plans

What is a group

Groups give users the a window to send instant messages both through custom forms and text messages. Groups represent business use cases which allows teams to capture and organize business data and share other information and ideas.

Below is a step by step guide on how to create a new group.

Step by step guide

1. Go into a space of your choice and tap the green floating button with + icon.

2. On the next screen enter your new group name and a description about your group.
