This Terms & Privacy Policy describes how OnSpace Technologies Inc. “OnSpace” collects, uses, and protects the personal and business data you provide to us, or that is otherwise obtained or generated by us, in connection with your use of services.
When we refer to “OnSpace”, we mean the OnSpace Technologies Inc. that acts as the controller or processor of your information. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, we, us and our refers to OnSpace, and you refers to you and your business, the customer & user of our services.
OnSpace only store the data that you need for OnSpace to function as a secure and feature-rich application for you.
OnSpace may collect and receive Customer Data and other information data (“Other Information”) in a variety of ways:
Account Information. You register using an email address and your names when you create an OnSpace account. Email Addresses and Names are used to provide our Services to you and other OnSpace users. You may optionally add other information to your accounts, such as a phone number and profile picture. This information is used for users' account management.
Folders & Forms. Folders are workspace that allows users to manage their forms. To create or update an account, you provide OnSpace with a folder name. To create or update a form under a folder, you provide OnSpace with a form name and description.
In a form, you invite other users as participants by providing their email addresses. You can also create custom forms that will allow you and other users in the form to post custom messages, to achieve this you create a form by adding input types into the form. OnSpace uses these details to deliver our value proposition to the users in a folder and forms.
Messages. OnSpace does not encrypt your messages (text and custom messages) but stores them securely. Additional technical information is stored on our servers, including randomly generated authentication tokens and other material that is necessary to establish calls and transmit messages.
Billing Information. Customers that purchase a paid version of the Services provide OnSpace (or its payment processors) with billing details such as credit card information, banking information, and/or a billing address.
Device information. OnSpace collects information about devices accessing the Services, including the type of device, what operating system is used, device settings, application IDs, unique device identifiers, and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this Other Information often depends on the type of device used and its settings.
Location information. We receive information from you, you, and other third parties that help us approximate your location, especially when using Location Input Type on your customs form. OnSpace may also collect location information from devices in accordance with the consent process provided by your device.
User Support. If you contact OnSpace User Support, any personal data you may share with us is kept only for the purposes of researching the issue and contacting you about your case.
Managing your information. You can manage your personal information in OnSpace's application Settings.
Third Parties. We work with third parties to provide some of our Services. For example, our Third-Party Providers send a verification code to your email address or phone number when you register for our Services and payment processing providers.
Other instances where OnSpace may need to share your data
OnSpace may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Laws, regulations, and industry standards evolve, which may make those changes necessary, or we may make changes to our services or business. We will post the changes to this page and encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to stay informed. If we make changes that materially alter your privacy rights, OnSpace will provide additional notice, such as via email or through the Services. If you disagree with the changes to this Privacy Policy, you should contact us to deactivate your account.
