Custom messages are posted through a defined custom form in a group. This helps in organizing and identifying important business messages.
if you have permission to add inputs to a custom form, follow the steps below for both iOS and Android.
1. From a space screen tap any group you are in.
2. You will be taken to the group chat screen. On the text message field at the bottom of the screen, tap the file icon.
3. If a custom form has been created in a group, you will see a form on the next screen. Enter the details on each input and post.
4. Once you have posted a custom message successfully, you will be redirected back to the group chat screen and you will see your message.
